This excellent kit includes everything to get started, even a Yoga DVD. Everything in this package is of high-quality, including the video. The strap, the block and the yoga mat are all made from nice material, nothing feels or looks cheap, though the price definitely suggests a different category for this product. Honestly, I feel that this package should be a lot more expensive. Even the DVD alone features the world-famous Rodney Yee giving detailed instructions to beginners and advanced student. This would make an absolutely perfect Christmas gift for any yoga enthusiast, as you really don’t need much else in a yoga kit (except maybe a yoga towel).

I never knew I would take up yoga until I Received this kit last New Year’s. At first I thought I would never find use for any of these accessories, but then I popped in the DVD just out of curiosity and I got hooked. The instructor explained how to use all the props and gave a very invigorating routine with every pose clearly showed and explained in detail. I’m quite confident that this kit made do yoga, as I’ve been doing it ever since. The yoga mat is perfect, and you can’t buy it separately – people have asked me a lot.
