I could not believe that for $35.00 you can get a complete yoga kit, but this one is actually pretty good. You get all you need to get started – a strap, two block and a yoga mat, all you need is to go to class or buy a yoga dvd and you have absolutely no excuses.
The yoga mat included in this is actually the generic standard yoga mat you can buy in rolls. This mat is made of synthetic PVC (a pretty nasty material) that needs to be properly recycled at the end of it’s useful life. The blocks are made of foam, and the strap appears to be all cotton. This is the kind of gear that’s usually offered at studios and gyms and it’s durable and reliable. For the current price of around $18 there’s no way you can get the whole kit anywhere else for this price. Makes a great gift too.
