Like all yoga mats made by this company, this Tree of Life yoga mat is made of environmentally friendly materials, specially designed for yoga practice. I’ve tried other Gaiam products, and I can safely conclude that these mats never disappoint.

I’ve been using Gaiam yoga mats for the past 5 years, this is my third mat. These yoga mats are not the most durable, but they do the job very well. I tried premium yoga mats and they are better than this, but I didn’t notice a difference significant enough to justify such price difference. In other words, this is a good enough yoga mat for many situations and it will keep anyone happy.
